# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules and limitations that apply when you use Proliquid, including the website, app, documentation, market intelligence tools, Terminal, wallet connection, and Hyperliquid execution features.

By using Proliquid, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Proliquid.

## Proliquid is a tool

Proliquid is an interface for market intelligence, charting, alerts, account monitoring, and Hyperliquid order submission. Proliquid is not an exchange, broker, dealer, custodian, bank, investment adviser, financial adviser, portfolio manager, or fiduciary.

You are solely responsible for every action you take through Proliquid, including wallet connection, order submission, position management, leverage, margin mode, reduce-only state, TP / SL values, slippage settings, and any decision to follow market data, news, alerts, whale activity, liquidation data, funding data, or screener signals.

## No financial advice

Proliquid provides information and tools for users who make their own trading decisions. Nothing in Proliquid is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or risk-management advice.

Market intelligence shown in Proliquid is informational only. It can be incomplete, delayed, wrong, misinterpreted, or already priced in. You must verify information and decide whether any action fits your own risk tolerance.

## Trading risk and user responsibility

Trading crypto assets and perpetual futures can result in partial or total loss of funds. Leverage can increase losses. Orders can fail, partially fill, fill at an unexpected price, incur fees, trigger liquidation, or behave differently during volatile or illiquid markets.

You are responsible for:

* Reviewing the active wallet and account before trading.
* Reviewing market, side, size, leverage, margin mode, reduce-only, TP / SL, price, and slippage before submitting.
* Monitoring open positions, open orders, TWAPs, chases, fills, fees, funding, and liquidation risk.
* Understanding Hyperliquid rules, fees, margin, liquidation, matching, outages, and API behavior.
* Securing your wallet, browser, device, passwords, seed phrases, and connected accounts.

You cannot hold Proliquid responsible for losses caused by your trading decisions, mistakes, poor risk management, wrong order settings, failure to monitor positions, wallet compromise, market movement, slippage, liquidation, fees, third-party failures, exchange behavior, or public data quality.

## Public data and connected wallets

Many values shown in Proliquid come from public exchange data, public wallet activity, public market feeds, third-party data providers, your browser, your wallet, or Hyperliquid.

Proliquid does not custody your funds and does not store your wallet seed phrase or private key. Connecting a wallet authorizes specific actions such as wallet ownership verification, builder-fee approval, and API-agent creation where applicable.

For the wallet model, read [Security and wallet safety](/getting-started/security-and-wallet-safety.md). For fees, read [Hyperliquid trading fees and Proliquid builder fees](/getting-started/hyperliquid-trading-fees-and-proliquid-builder-fees.md).

## Builder fees and exchange fees

Supported order actions may include a Proliquid builder fee approved by the connected wallet. Hyperliquid trading fees are separate exchange-level fees.

You are responsible for reviewing all fees before submitting orders. Fee examples in the documentation are informational and may not match your final trading cost.

## Acceptable use

You agree not to:

* Use Proliquid for unlawful activity or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
* Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, bypass, or interfere with Proliquid systems.
* Use unauthorized scripts, overlays, extensions, bots, or integrations that modify or abuse the app.
* Misrepresent Proliquid, impersonate another user, or interfere with another user's access.
* Use Proliquid in a way that infringes third-party rights or violates exchange terms.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe usage is abusive, unlawful, harmful, or violates these terms.

## No warranties

Proliquid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proliquid makes no warranties about availability, uptime, accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, trading outcomes, data quality, or error-free operation.

Proliquid may be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, degraded, or interrupted. Features can change, fail, or be removed.

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proliquid and its contributors, owners, operators, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, trading losses, liquidation, failed orders, missed orders, slippage, fees, downtime, wallet compromise, or reliance on market information.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, equity, or any other legal theory, even if Proliquid was advised that such damages were possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

## Third-party services

Proliquid may link to or integrate with Hyperliquid, wallets, data providers, analytics tools, infrastructure providers, browser APIs, and other third-party services.

Those services are not controlled by Proliquid. Proliquid is not responsible for third-party availability, data accuracy, security, fees, rules, transactions, policies, outages, or losses.

## Changes to the service and terms

We may update Proliquid, change features, modify documentation, or update these terms at any time. The latest version published in the documentation applies when you use Proliquid.

## Contact

For questions about these terms, contact Proliquid through the official support channel shown in the app or website.
